Project '44 is where people can explore WW2 in a brand new way. This web map covers all the major combat units that fought from DDay to Victory in Europe Day.

With over 70,000 points of data, you can now see where and when any unit was fighting during WW2.

With a special focus on the Canadian Army, the public can follow along with specific Regiments and read over 7000 pages of war diaries freely available on our website.

The Project '44 web map is more than just a place to view history. It is a place to preserve history too. Our web map will allow organizations and historians to map out units from the Allied and Axis side, and even upload unit war diaries.
